The objective of “The Accelerated Rehab Program” is to obliterate improper nerve-to-muscle/muscle-to-nerve activity.  Simply put...  The focus of ARP is to help the MUSCULAR SYSTEM to work better!

Now...  Why is it imperative to have the MUSCULAR SYSTEM work better?

    I.  The MUSCULAR SYSTEM is responsible for PROTECTING us!

  1. (The muscular system is our first line of defense in absorbing or effectively neutralizing incoming external forces...  If the muscle fibers are not recruited properly, muscle fiber tension is compromised...  the incoming external force is then transferred to other bodily tissues which are “inferior force absorbers” and are easily damaged/ruptured, thus injury and inflammation ensue!  (See the clip below... example of muscle fibers not recruited properly, thus injury follows!)

II. The MUSCULAR SYSTEM is responsible for our ability to PERFORM!

  1. (Simply put, muscle fibers, which compose the over 600 muscles in our bodies, possess ONLY the ability to create tension when told to do so neurologically.  This manifestation of muscle fiber tension/power is described as the Components of Performance: Balance, Range of Motion, Strength, Speed, Agility, and Endurance.)

The Accelerated Rehab Program

“ARP” is an acronym for Accelerated Rehab Program.

Our Program is a comprehensive series of new therapy and training protocols (a.k.a. NeuroMuscular Summation Protocols™) devised to be used in conjunction with a unique NeuroMuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) Device - “The ARP Trainer.”
